Ozone (O3) Gas Sensor

The m-u-t ozone gas sensor uses the latest UV-LED technology as a light source.

The measurement principle of the m-u-t ozone gas sensors is based on two-beam non-dispersive UV spectroscopy (NDUV).
m-u-t ozone gas sensors use the latest UV LED technology as light source, thus providing the following advantages for your application:
a) very short warm-up time: fast availability of measurement results
b) very low energy consumption: battery operation possible
c) very compact design: portable applications, easy to integrate

A special membrane prevents the penetration of dust and water. Ambient air passes through this membrane into the measuring chamber. If the passive diffusion of ozone through this membrane is not sufficient for your application, an optional membrane pump is provided, with which the ambient air is being actively sucked through the membrane into the measuring cell.
